- Always refer to the particular spree for exchange rates.
- Minimum order amount must be met for all sprees.
- Buyers should make Payment within 2 days after receiving confirmation email or at least one day before the spree ends. If you paying by any other banks other than UOB Bank please transfer the money earlier because it will take a 3 working days to receive the money.It is YOUR responsbility as a spree-er to check your emails and make prompt payment to avoid delays and any inconvenience brought upon other spree-ers.

- MIA buyers will be BLACKLISTED!
- Shipping fee to S'pore will be shared equally.
- To be fair, fee is divided accordingly by units.
- Accessories(earrings,bracelet,stockings,necklace,watches): 1 units
- Clothes (light tops,leggings): 1.5unit
- Heavy Tops/Light Bottoms/small bags/Light Shoes: 2.5units
- ALL Denim Clothes/Dresses/Pants/Heavy Bottoms/Jacket/Sweater/Bag: 3units
- Other Heavy Shoes/Heavy Bags/Other bulky items: 3.5units

- We are not liable for any items lost or damaged in the process of shipping.
- Once items are purchased, there will be no refunds for cancellation or any exchanges.
- It is your responsibility to check item specifics(Eg. Size,Colour, Material etc..) before ordering. ZIPIA do not accept exchanges/refund of wrong sizes or colour.
- If item/s is out of stock when we are placing orders with zipia.net, you will have a refund for the item.
- Please note that self-collection will be at my convenience. Location,date and time will be set by me. If you are unable to make it for the mass meet-up day please collect your items from these locations: Punggol mrt stns & Punggol Bus Interchange. I WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY LAST MINUTE MEET UPS & Especially DURING WEEKENDS due to family commitments unless u are driving and picking your items from my home.
